My friend Adila (who is also in Ré’s Guide To Self Love group) gave me a challenge to smile at strangers the next time I went to a cafe. I did and it made me feel good. (Not everyone smiled good but I was still happy I could smile though).
Since I started my ‘smile-exercise‘ I feel like people are nicer to me and want to talk to me more.
Smiling makes you feel better about you. It helps you be kinder to those around you.
Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing. — Mother Teresa
When next you are leaving your home, don’t forget to wear your smile.
